Space overview

Assembly Point provides a fantastic opportunity for visual artists to curate and exhibit sculptural and three dimensional work in the centre of Melbourne’s Arts Precinct. Assembly Point consists of five glass vitrines lining the walkway between Sturt Street and Moore Street.

Exhibiting at Assembly Point is awarded through an Expressions of Interest process.    Join our mailing list to receive an update when the next EOI round is live.

The space sits at the centre of Melbourne's Arts Precinct adjacent to Victorian College of the Arts (VCA), Australian Centre for Contemporary Art (ACCA) and National Gallery of Victoria (NGV International) and opposite the National Institute of Performing Art’s (NIDA) Melbourne hub.

Exhibiting at Assembly Point is free.

Creative Spaces respectfully acknowledges the Traditional Custodians of the land, the Bunurong Boon Wurrung and Wurundjeri Woi Wurrung peoples of the Eastern Kulin Nation and pays respect to their Elders past, present and emerging. We are committed to our reconciliation journey, because at its heart, reconciliation is about strengthening relationships between Aboriginal and non-Aboriginal peoples, for the benefit of all Victorians.
