Brand-new fit out in a bright and airy warehouse, right in the heart of Footscray’s riverside precinct and overlooking Yewers St.
Bright white walls (two double brick walls and two brand new plaster walls). Acoustic insulation throughout, and solid core lockable doors.
You will be right at the front corner of our building, benefiting from two lovely windows, and overlooking the street below.
In the arts-centred riverside precinct in Footscray, nestled amongst the bars and cafes of Yewers St and Moreland Sts. A stone’s throw from Footscray’s public transport options and with ample street parking available.

We are primarily a space of sewing studios so would love to invite sewists, designers, milliners or costumers to apply, but not essential. Lift access to our first floor location, and secure fob access through front and rear doors.
