Footscray Office of Design – Studio spaces by Susu Studio. Studio 2 is a well-lit space, freshly painted white walls, ready for some artwork, plants and nice vibes. The studio space can come with the desks featured in the images, or you can BYO furniture. Available for short or long term.

Footscray Office of Design is run by design studio Susu Studio, its a chill creative space with just Susu Studio in one office, another freelancer in Studio 3, and then whoever will be renting Studio 2. The overall space is naturally lit with lovely morning light on one side of the building, and afternoon golden sun on the other side of the building. New (powerful) split system installed in 2023. The overall space is plant-filled, touches of colour and art around the space. We think it's pretty swell!

Our space is in the centre of Footscray, very close to great food; Vietnamese, Ethiopian, sandwich shops, kebabs, Korean, Chinese, Malaysian, you name it, you can eat it in Footscray.

Our friends at Rudimentary Cafe serving up some of the best coffee and classic Melbourne breakfast goods, close to all the groceries, the infamous Footscray market, and walking distance from public transport; Footscray Station, trams, busses.

There is ample 2hr parking (free but timed) around in side streets surrounding the studio space, there is also an all-day parking lot 2 minute walk away from the studio which is about $9 per day.
