Space overview
This is a bright and inviting creative office space with a weird but wonderful street frontage.
We currently have the space set up with 8 desks (750x1500 each.) Three of us work here full time, with another 1-2 desks occupied part time. We are mainly architects with one builder also working from the space. We have a small kitchenette, two toilets and a big materials library which could be a shared resource if similar creatives are interested in joining us. There's a large, bright meeting table at the front of the space which is partially screened from the desk area. This is used for meetings, lunch and to get away from our desks. This is set up with a screen for presentations and would be available to all to use. We have an A4/A3 black and white printer. We have 3 extra desks currently available for rent. Take one or three!
We're located in the heart of North Melbourne with a #57 tram stop almost at our door. This is a residential neighborhood with a few other businesses nearby. It's a 5 minute walk to Errol Street and a 2 minute walk to numerous good coffee options if you don't want to use the Moccamaster.

We're a small architecture practice who likes a chat and a bit of music or PBS playing in the background. Sometimes we're heads-down working away and sometimes we're a but noisier. The space would suit other creative professionals who would like a professional but interesting space to work from and meet with clients.
