Work Spaces Available for Arts practitioners and Therapists. A studio space for hire (fully accessible) with impact floor 60m2 (8m x 7.6m) A studio space for hire (upstairs) with a specialised sprung floor 35m2 (4.2m x 8.3m). All spaces have access to: - A communal 40m2 partially sheltered balcony with sun room. - A communal foyer space for clients. - A fully equipped kitchen, bathroom and laundry facilities. - Locker storage and individual door codes via Bluetooth. - Ample 240v power and Fibre Broadband. • Heating and cooling. • Electric massage table available. • Rental agreements for select days depending on availability, or weekly. For Short Term or Long Term Rental there are also three multi-Practitioner Rooms, suitable for Massage Therapy or Physiotherapist or other body/energy practices, Counselling and Psychology, or Creative Artists with low mess needs.
