We have two well-lit office spaces suitable for daily, weekly or ongoing use. Housed above Coburg Winebar, Gemini, the beautifully restored offices are light-filled, secure and feature desks, chairs and wifi. Each office features period details such as ceiling roses, fireplace, restored baltic pine floorboards and soaring ceilings. Suited to writers, creatives, solopreneurs and small businesses looking for a home in a creative and community focussed building. Our gallery space is also available to book for exhibitions. It's hard not to feel inspired when working in such a lovely space! Suitable for low-mess creative projects or computer based work.

We're located in the heart of Coburg on Sydney Road, with Moreland Station a short walk away. The Number 19 tram stops just 10 metres away. Gemini wine bar is downstairs and is open most days for coffee, pastry and afternoon and evening wine and dinner. A great location for meetings!
We also have a gallery space that is available to book for small events or exhibitions.
