Esk Studio is an art studio based on ecological ideas.
Well lit, retro and cosy art retreat.
When you do a retreat, you get two rooms, one for sleeping, one for working. Share the kitchen and bathroom with other artists.
Iluka is a sleepy fishing village with World Heritage rainforest, beaches and a big river. The studio is set in the main street, and walking distance to ocean, river and forest.

Transport options

Iluka is regional. It is tricky to get to with public transport. Flights into Ballina and buses from there are your only option. At the studio, all services are walking distance but the beach is a 3km walk through rainforest. With a car, a number of other beaches are also easily accessible. You have access to a bike at the studio.
