Her Solis Studio Hire — Terms & Conditions 1. Bookings & Payments Bookings are confirmed upon receipt of a 50% non-refundable deposit. The remaining balance is due 48 hours prior to your booking start time. Payment is accepted via bank transfer or invoice link. 2. Cancellations & Rescheduling Cancellations made within 72 hours of the booking will forfeit the deposit. Cancellations made within 48 hours will be charged the full hire fee. Reschedules are subject to availability and may incur a $50 rebooking fee. No-shows or late arrivals will not receive credit or refund. 3. Bond & Security A $150 security bond may be requested for first-time hirers, refunded within 3 business days if the space is left in original condition. Any damage, breakages, or excessive cleaning required will be deducted from the bond or invoiced separately. 4. Use of Space The studio is available only for qualified practitioners working within their professional scope. No invasive or medical procedures, hair colouring, or spray-tanning. Hirers must bring their own tools, consumables, and client forms unless otherwise arranged. All activities must comply with local council, health, and safety regulations. 5. Access & Amenities The studio will be opened and closed by Her Solis or provided with key-code access. Hire includes reasonable use of air-conditioning, lighting, kitchenette, and filtered water. Linen, towels, and product usage are add-ons unless stated otherwise. 6. Cleaning & Pack-Down The space must be left tidy: benches wiped, floors clear, bins emptied. Please allow 15 minutes either side of your booking for set-up and pack-down — additional time may be charged at $30 per 15 minutes. 7. Insurance & Liability Hirers must hold their own professional and public liability insurance and assume full responsibility for their clients and equipment. Her Solis is not liable for injury, loss, or damage arising from your use of the space. 8. Promotion & Content Any social media or photography taken within the studio must credit @her__solis when shared publicly. Brand and product placement must align with Her Solis values and be approved beforehand.
