The private, lockable, self-contained space is within a larger warehouse currently used by 2 x designers and 2 x makers that have been in the building for a while. There's always things going on, but you can lock yourself away in the studio if you desire....
Lots of natural light with high saw-tooth roof windows. The building is definitely old and very well used by everyone..don't expect spotless floors and straight walls! The photos tell some of the story. Excellent for creatives who don't mind a little noise, perhaps a little dust and friendly people.
Very centrally located - close to Smith St. No parking but good public transport options via tram, bus and the train station down on Hoddle st.
Please note, the studio is on the first floor with stair access only.
So many choices for food/coffee/clothes/haircuts etc
Lots of other small makers, micro breweries etc in Collingwood also....
