Well-lit and comfortable, with private kitchenette and bathroom. White space, huge windows (east and south facing) with diffused accordion blinds which can be lifted from the top or bottom. Ducted heating and cooling which is set and forget, you will always be comfortable. Shiny white resin coated concrete floors. Ceilings in main space are 3.2 metres high. Seperate break out space which can be used as meeting space, change room, etc. Free and fast WiFi. Ground floor with easy access from the street (free parking 2 metres from the front door).
Our space is within close distance to the city, public transport and has great local cafes and bars on nearby Rathdowne and Nicholson St.
