Open Studio Space - in Collingwood

1. Booking & Payment - Full payment is required at the time of booking to confirm the reservation. - Accepted payment methods include credit/debit card or bank transfer via the Creative Spaces platform. 2. Security Bond - A $300 refundable security bond is required for all bookings, payable at the time of reservation. - The bond will be refunded within 5 business days after the hire period, pending inspection of the space for any damage, excessive mess, or overtime use. 3. Cancellations & Refunds - Cancellations 7+ days before booking date: Full refund. - Cancellations 2–6 days before booking: 50% refund. - Cancellations within 48 hours: No refund. - No-shows will not be refunded. 4. Rescheduling One-time reschedule permitted if requested at least 72 hours prior to booking. Subject to availability. 5. Access & Use - Booking times must include bump-in and bump-out. - Overtime will be charged at $100 per hour in 30-minute increments. 6. Studio Rules - No smoking or illegal substances on premises. - Rubbish must be disposed of in provided bins. - Any equipment or furniture must be returned to original position. - Any damage will be repaired at the hirer’s expense. - Maximum number of people allowed: [X]. 7. Insurance - The hirer is responsible for their own public liability and equipment insurance. - We are not liable for any personal injury, loss, or damage to property.
