Private Studio / Office at VENTspace ROOM #2
Space overview
Affordable office / private art studio with 24/7 access, wifi and parking upstairs at VENTspace - a creative co-working space, shooting studio and event venue in South Brisbane. Suitable for remote workers, photographers, filmmakers, painters, digital artists, musicians (no drums) and more.
Small office room (2.5m x 2m ) with natural light. The building is an old warehouse so the construction of the room is very basic, but perfectly suitable as a cost-effective office or art studio for 1 - 2 people. You are welcome to re-paint or conduct minor refurbishments, or make as much mess as you want. The walls have been sound-proofed slightly with an extra layer of drywall on all sides, except the door.
Our location is nestled right between the Brisbane Convention & Entertainment Center and Musgrave Park. Walking distance to South Bank, West End and Fish Lane.
