Large office room with natural light. The building is an old warehouse so the construction of the room is very basic, but perfectly suitable as a cost-effective co-working desk or art studio for 1 person. You are welcome to re-paint or conduct minor refurbishments, or make as much mess as you want.
Our location is nestled right between the Brisbane Convention & Entertainment Center and Musgrave Park. Walking distance to South Bank, West End and Fish Lane.
