A light-filled 70–90sqm studio on the Richmond/Abbotsford border, offering a calm, unfurnished blank canvas for movement, workshops, photoshoots and creative projects.
Our studio is a bright, open-plan space with soft, movement-friendly flooring and clean white walls that make it easy to transform for any project. At 70–90sqm, it feels spacious yet grounding — a calm, minimal environment filled with natural light throughout the day. The space is intentionally unfurnished to give complete flexibility for movement practice, workshops, community gatherings, photoshoots and creative work. A small entry foyer, bathroom and kitchenette (with fridge, kettle and mugs) support longer sessions. The overall feel is warm, uncluttered and inviting — a reflective, thoughtfully maintained environment designed to help your work come to life.
Our studio is located on the Richmond/Abbotsford border, moments from Bridge Road and within easy walking distance of cafes, parks and the Yarra River. The area has a vibrant creative energy, home to design studios, galleries, wellness centres and independent businesses. Public transport is excellent, with tram stops close by and train stations a short walk away. Free street parking is available in the surrounding streets, making it easy for guests to arrive by car. The location is quiet, convenient and well-connected — ideal for facilitators, creatives and small groups.

The studio is professionally cleaned regularly, and hire rates include a light reset between bookings. We welcome movement practitioners, artists, facilitators, photographers and small creative teams. If you’d like to view the space before booking, we’re happy to arrange a walkthrough.
