Space overview
Looking to Sublease my Sewing studio for a month as I am going travelling. The studio is above a shopfront and is on the same floor as a number of other studios, divided by walls.
The Space is well lit and has everything you need if you are a student sewer/ professional seamstress. The space includes an industrial machine, female mannequin, pattern making table, clothing rack and sewing supplies. There is access through the back of the store 24hrs a day. The space also includes a shared common room space with couches, a fridge, microwave and kettle. There are non gendered bathrooms with 24hr access as well.
The Space is on Johnston st, just off Brunswick st and Nicholson st. Easy access from tram routes 96 and 11.
