The Motley Bauhaus is a completely unique, utterly independent and proudly inclusionary multidisciplinary art and craft house dedicated to promoting skills based art practices, encouraging intermingling across all disciplines and making art an everyday part of our lives.
The Motley Blackbox is a beautiful brick lined space located downstairs at the back of The Motley Bauhaus. It's completely accessible and seats up to 75 depending on how much stage space your performance requires. Suited to live performance, e.g. plays, sketch, comedy, dance, cabaret, puppetry and more. It also features a full bar for pre/post-show drinks and is wheelchair accessible.
We host productions anywhere from one night to several weeks and there are no limitations as to the nature and form of said production. If you have a show you're wanting to produce, get in touch!
