Small room for rent in the heart of Carlton! We are a jewellery label with a shopfront/workspace. This space is out the back of the space that can be painted, decorated etc. Suitable for someone to have a desk and shelves, or small workshop for a maker!

The space is between the kitchen and front space, so people need to walk through to get to the kitchen, which is infrequent as only one person present in the shop. Welcome to change and decorate, curtains can be installed to create more privacy. This is a mellow space, with ambient music softly playing in the shop. Store person there from 12-6 Mon - Sat. CCTV security and WIFI/Bills inclusive. :) Our staff in the shop can act as reception if needed.
