Space overview
An open plan warehouse in the heart of Balgowlah's artistic district. A place for artists, makers and creative people. We provide a fun and safe space for creatives where you be surrounded by like minded people. We have 2 spaces available.
The studio has a huge roller door which provides heaps of natural light. Your private corner space can be made as private as you like. There is a large shared wash up area with sink traps and a kitchenette. A shared toilet/change room is also provided.
Surrounding the studio are three excellent cafes as well as three supermarkets. The bus stop close by connects you easily to the city, northern beaches and manly. There are gyms, interiors and electrical shops right on our doorstep.
