Space overview
The Playground Balgowlah has been established since 2015 and is a pet friendly space. Currently available is 2.7m x 3.3m studio, with a 3m x 6m studio coming available in Nov.
Each space is for one occupant only, with our max capacity 7 fabulous creatives. You will be joining a diverse bunch including a digital brand manger, a jeweller, a well established painter, a 3D printer and an event co-ordinator/jack of all trades We have a spacious communal kitchen with shared fridge, art sink, large communal waist height work table, multiple informal meeting areas and a sunny outdoor seating area. Electricity and WIFI are included.
Located in the Balgowlah industrial area, we're close to cafes and bus routes, with ample parking in the area.
