Mood lighting available with iconic heritage windows and high ceilings. Studio dimensions are 8.5m by 6.5m and can hold 15 students with a dance teacher. The space is also suitable for auditions, acting rehearsals, yoga and fitness classes.
With Chinatown at its doorstep, the space is surrounded by great food and beverage shops and well serviced by public transport. The trams 86 & 96 on Bourke St runs directly in front of the building.
