Creative Space Epping HIRE TERMS: Full Day Hire is based on a 8:30am-5:30pm, 9 hour day. Half Day Hires 8:30am - 12:30pm or 1pm - 5:00pm. (4 hour blocks) Overtime is charged at $100 p/h or part thereof. Any cancellations made within 24 hours of booking date will require 100% payment. We accept direct bank transfer, VISA, MASTERCARD, AMEX & DINERS. 1.9% fee will apply to all credit card transactions. Prices include GST RATES: Photographic Stills and Film Shoots Full Day Hire: $700 Half Day Hire: $500 *Weekend rates – add $100 *Early opening fee before 8am - add $50 PARKING: There is a loading zone directly out front of the studio to unload and free parking on site for 3 cars. INVOICES WILL BE ISSUED PRIOR TO SHOOT DAY ALL PAYMENTS ARE DUE BEFORE SHOOT DAY. Full range of Background Seamless Paper Rolls for Purchase $200 (please notify at least 72 hours in advance).
