Space overview

This studio space is a custom built photo studio fitted out by an e-comm brand who rents the wider premises at large, which is around 350sm. They use this photo studio 1 day per month for e-comm shoots.

The space includes a custom built cyclorama and is fully equipped with a drop down green screen, studio lighting, kitchen and bathroom - whilst also including space for desks, stock and utilities. The space is ideal for a photographer, creative or e-comm brand who would value access to the cyclorama for content shoots. While this is part of a larger shared space, it is secure with lockable doors and has been soundproofed for privacy. It also enjoys the benefits of a beautiful 70sqm private courtyard at the entrance of this space. You have a view of this courtyard from the space and in summer can enjoy leaving the doors open to blend in the outdoors. There is a north facing tin building on the other side of the courtyard that reflects light directly into the studio to create a beautiful filtered light channel.

If you are looking for a bigger space we also have another 50sqm studio space available on the same property. Or, if you are just after more storage space, we also have a garage with potential to add storage shelves to your terms.

We are located just off Chapel Street, and are central too many amenities such as public transport and restaurants.
